Terms of Service

By booking a stay through LandlordAgent Stays, you agree to the following terms.

KYC Verification

All guests must complete identity verification after payment. Bookings where KYC verification fails after 3 attempts will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

House Rules

Guests must adhere to the property-specific house rules shown at the time of booking. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy varies by property. Please contact us at stays@landlordagent.in to discuss cancellation requests.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
