Data We Collect

We collect name, email, phone number, and company details when you book a stay. For KYC verification, we collect a government-issued ID document and a selfie photo.

How We Use Your Data

Booking data is used to manage your reservation and send you confirmation communications. KYC documents are used solely to verify guest identity before confirming a booking. They are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.

Data Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers. KYC documents are stored on a private, non-public storage disk. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay and we do not store card or UPI details.
